We cannot process exchanges for items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, items paid via PayPal, or international purchases.

Exchange Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of ship date.
We are happy to process an exchange at no additional shipping expense for a new size, color, or different item.
Exchanges exclude items shipped directly from third-party brands, heavy items, items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, items paid via PayPal, or international purchases.
All sales are final after the 60-day period. Exchanges cannot be processed for products that are received by us after 60 days from the ship date.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. . If you return a final sale item, you will not be able to exchange the item and the item will be donated to a charity local to our Indianapolis, IN distribution center.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE ONLINE
We partner with Happy Returns to offer safe, contactless, and sustainable returns. With over 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide, US-based customers can return all unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date.
  • 1. Start Your Return
  • 2. Enter "Order Number" and "Zip Code"
  • 3. Select the “Item” and “Reason for Return”
  • 4. Select “Refund Method”:
  • o Refund to your original method of payment.
  • o Don’t worry; you will not be charged the $10.99 fee when you complete your exchange using the steps below.
  • 5. Select Return Method:
  • o Return using the pre-paid shipping label:
  • o Print pre-paid shipping label and packing slip
  • o Complete the “Free Exchanges” section on your packing slip
  • o Pack item securely, include packing slip and attach shipping label
  • o Drop package off at USPS office or USPS mail person
  • o Please keep your return tracking number for future reference
  • o Processing may take 2-3 weeks, you will receive an email when completed
  • o Please Note: Exchanges are processed as new orders; if you paid by credit card you will see a refund for the returned items and a charge for the new items. If you paid by check or money order the funds from the original order will be utilized to fulfill your exchange request.

We offer a convenient way for you to exchange your item using the invoice and documentation provided with the original packaging.
  • 1. Find the packing slip in the original packaging of your order
  • 2. Select the “Item” and “Reason for Return”
  • 3. Select Return Method”:
  • Return using the pre-paid shipping label:
  • Print pre-paid shipping label and packing slip
  • Pack item securely, include packing slip and attach shipping label
  • Drop package off at USPS office or USPS mail person
  • Please keep your return tracking number for future reference

NEED YOUR REPLACEMENT FASTER?
We’ll gladly place a new order for you while your return is on its way! Applicable to orders paid with a credit or debit card only. Call us at 1-800-677-0229 . You will be charged for your replacement item(s). A refund will be issued to the credit card used on the original order once your return has been processed.
MY EXCHANGE STATUS
Checking on an exchange is easy. Our exchanges are processed just like a new order and listed as Exchange in your order status. Exchanges typically take 2-3 weeks to process from the time you send back your item. To check the status of an exchange,click here.
